We can print upto 2-3 colour logo

NO. Our price includes logo printing

NO. Our price includes Set Up Fee

No. There are no Hidden charges.

How do I re-order a previous job?
In order to re-print a previous job please email info@printinginuk.com with your old job reference number stating you would like to re-order

When will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you with artwork proof.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address but we would require details via email within 2 hours of your order being processed.

What happens if I am not in to sign for the delivery?
All our deliveries require a signature. If someone is not available to sign for your delivery the carrier will post a card through your letter box. Please contact our customer service team on 0207 993 5898 to arrange for an alternative delivery date. Our carriers require a signature on delivery; they are unable to leave a parcel without one.

I don’t have any logo, can you deliver me plain pens/keyrings  without logo printing?
Yes we can.

Does that make any difference in the cost?
No

Do you charge for pictures?
It depends. If we have pictures in our database then we won’t charge else pictures are chargeable at £5 per picture.  We purchase pictures from www.dreamstime.com you can always select pictures from there and provide us with reference number.

Do you charge VAT?
No we don’t because we manufacture pens/keyrings  and print them in India.

What is your turnaround time?
7-9 working days subject to artwork and payment confirmation.

How come you deliver pens/keyrings /keyrings in 7-9 working days from India?
It takes 4-5 working days to print and pack and further 3-4 working days to courier via air flight

Do you charge for delivery?
No. Delivery is Free with all our orders.

Can you provide us with physical proof?
No

Will you send us any proof before printing?
Yes. We will email you pdf proofs before printing. Once you confirm and approve the pdf proof then only we will proceed with print.
